 p><p>Elizabeth graduated from HLS in 1992. At Cleary\, Gottlieb\, Steen & H
 amilton she worked on securities and private equity transactions. Recruited
  to a KKR backed rollup as M&A counsel\, after a year Elizabeth transitione
 d to the business side of M&A. Eager to ‘join the internet’ she moved west 
 in early 1998 and joined Yahoo!\, then 400 employees\, as Manager of M&A. D
 uring the 2000 dot com crash she was assigned P&L ownership of a 9-figure r
 evenue unit\, which she managed for several years\, and then transitioned t
 o SVP of Business Operations reporting to the President. After cofounding a
 n ad tech startup\, she returned to private equity\, where she served as CE
 O of 24 Hour Fitness and captained a successful $1.85B exit and CEO of SkyZ
 one\, which nearly filed for bankruptcy during COVID but she led to $100M+ 
 in EBITDA in 2022\, a debt refinancing\, and successful transition to a con
 tinuation fund. Presently Elizabeth is a board member of Ignite Fitness Hol
 dings\, a PE backed owner of 145 Planet Fitness locations\, and advises pri
 vate equity firms on potential acquisitions in the consumer services sector
 .</p><p>On a personal note: Elizabeth just celebrated her 31st wedding anni
 versary with a 1L section classmate she started dating the last reading wee
 k of 3rd year. During her years at Yahoo!\, Elizabeth gave birth to three d
 aughters in six years\, all now twentysomethings.</p>
