Donald Lacey acts as Chief Investment Officer at Ping An Global Voyager, an investment manager focused on growth stage venture opportunities in fintech, digital health and related sectors. Ping An Global Voyager was formed by Ping An Group in 2017 and today manages capital commitments in excess of $1 billion, via both a proprietary fund and a third party vehicle whose LPs include several of the world’s most prominent financial institutions.

Don joined Global Voyager in 2017 from Citigroup, where he worked as a managing director in a number of senior corporate and investment banking roles. At Citi, he led numerous high-profile M&A and capital raising transactions involving financial services and technology businesses around the world.

Don has over 20 years of experience in investment banking and investment management and currently sits on the boards and compensation committees of Snapsheet and iCapital. He began his career as a financial analyst at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York. He holds an SB from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a JD, magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School.
