Blaise Warren is the COO of the Systematic Equities team at I nvesco\, Ltd.\, an investment management firm based in Atlanta\, Georgia. H e was previously an attorney at Paul\, Weiss\, Rifkind\, Wharton & Garrison LLP\, in Washington\, D.C.\, and Jones Day in Cleveland\, OH\, where he re presented major corporations\, boards of directors\, and executives in liti gation and government investigation matters. Previously\, Blaise was a mana gement consultant with McKinsey & Company. He served as a law clerk to the Honorable Frank M. Hull on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleve nth Circuit and the Honorable William S. Duffey\, Jr. on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
Blaise e arned an M.B.A\, with honors\, in finance from the Wharton School of the Un iversity of Pennsylvania\, a J.D. from Harvard Law School\, and a B.S.\, wi th highest distinction\, in aerospace engineering from the University of Vi rginia. Blaise serves on the Harvard Law School Annual Fund Council and as Vice Chair of the Class Agent Program. Blaise also currently serves as Pres ident-Elect of the University of Virginia Engineering Foundation\, and he i s a board member of the Georgia Charter Schools Association.
