 serves as managing partner of the Washington\, DC office of Milbank LLP. He

 tion Groups.</p><p>Andrew’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigati
 on\, financial restructuring and international arbitration\, with a particu
 lar focus on contested issues arising in bankruptcy cases. He regularly rep
 resents official committees\, secured and unsecured creditors\, debtors\, a
 nd bidders in bankruptcy cases\, as well as financial institutions as defen
 dants in adversary proceedings brought as part of bankruptcy cases. Andrew’
 s practice is trial-focused\, and he regularly appears before bankruptcy\, 
 district and appellate courts throughout the country.</p><p>Andrew’s signif
 icant recent representations include as lead trial counsel for the ad hoc g
 roup of noteholders in the <em>In re Nortel Networks</em> bankruptcy\, Ligh
 tsquared Inc. in its bankruptcy and related litigation\, the Refco litigati
 on trustee in claims arising from the bankruptcy of Refco\, LLC\, the Trans
 eastern defendants in a $500 million fraudulent transfer case in <em>In re 
 TOUSA</em>\, the lead lenders in the Texas Rangers bankruptcy\, and the lea
 d second lien noteholders in the <em>In re DBSD</em> bankruptcy.</p><p>Andr
 ew has authored articles and co-authored a chapter in the “Contested Valuat
 ion in Corporate Bankruptcy: A Collier Monograph\,” <em>LexisNexis</em> (20
 11)\, a treatise on valuation topics in bankruptcy disputes.</p>
