ACS Moot: Egbert v. Boule

Please join the American Constitution Society in our first moot of the spring semester. On Friday, February 18, from 5:00pm to 6:30pm in WCC 1015, we will be mooting Felicia Ellsworth (WilmerHale) on behalf of the respondents in Egbert v. Boule. The questions presented are: (1) Whether a cause of action exists under Bivens . . . for First Amendment retaliation claims; and (2) whether a cause of action exists under Bivens for claims against federal officers engaged in immigration-related functions for allegedly violating a plaintiff’s Fourth Amendment rights.
