[ACS] Cummings v. Premier Rehab Keller Moot

Please join the American Constitution Society for our first moot of the semester for Cummings v. Premier Rehab Keller. The question presented is: “Whether the compensatory damages available under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 . . . include compensation for emotional distress.”
