Judge Apkarian and Milena Mailyan, Esq. are founding members of the Center for Truth and Justice, a nonprofit organization that collects audiovisual eyewitness testimonial evidence of human rights abuses against ethnic Armenians. They will discuss how CFTJ’s approach was developed and how it may be used as a model for pursuing accountability for human rights abuses across the globe.
