This upcoming Supreme Court Term is going to be a big one. Please join the Harvard Law Review for this panel discussion on the cases to look out for and the overarching trends for this year’s Term. Our panelists are Professors Nikolas Bowie, Elizabeth Pollman, and Nelson Tebbe, who are each publishing case comments in the Harvard Law Review’s Supreme Court issue coming out this November.
