The first step in writing your Appellate Brief is identifying your Standard of Review, which is crucial in setting the tone and direction of your argument. Start the process on the right by attending this 15-minute session! We will cover how to:
1. Find your standard of review using Practical Law
2. Locate secondary sources relevant to your argument
3. Search for examples of similar briefs
