The Traphagen Distinguished Alumni Speakers Series invites noted Law School alumni back to campus to speak informally about their careers with students in small settings, usually over lunch. All events are free of charge, open to Law School students and generally run an hour.
Reade E. Griffith ’95, Chief Investment Officer and Co-Founder, Tetragon Financial Management LP, London, will participate in the Traphagen Series on Monday, February 8 at 12 noon, location TBA. Tetragon, established in 2005, is a $17 billion global alternative asset manager; it owns or partners with a number of different brands including Equitix, Green Oak, Polygon, LCM and Hawke’s Point. Previously, Mr. Griffin was CEO and the founder of the European office of Citadel Investment Group, a multi-strategy hedge fund platform that he joined in 1998. He was partner and senior managing director responsible for running the Global Event Driven arbitrage team in Tokyo, London and Chicago for the firm. Mr. Griffith served as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps and left as a captain following the 1991 Gulf War.
