Within the legal profession, trial lawyers are willing to argue, scrape, and sometimes attack for our clients. We relish the thrill of the hunt. We’re accustomed to long hours in preparation and in the courtroom. Chaos and flying by the seat of our pants are our norms. And too, we can be highly visible. Most of all, we’ve learned the art of being honest with clients—honesty which our clients often don’t want to hear or wish for.
But, what if you—the trial lawyer—aren’t honest with yourself?
Join Ellie as she shares what it means to be transgender trial lawyer and offers tips and advice on how to be inclusive toward anyone who identifies as trans or gender nonconforming humans.
Lunch will be served!
