Time for You: Yoga Breathwork for Relaxation

We will learn: 4-7-8 breath; abdominal breathing; jaw-dropping; box breathing and Chandra Behda with Alicia Barmon LCPC, C-IAYT, SEP, Somatic Psychotherapy, Yoga Therapy & Breathwork. Any questions:  

Time for You is a program of short (1/2) hour zoom sessions during Reading Period that gives you a chance to build in a break. We’ll focus on activities that you can experience for a short period of time and which you can later reuse in the future. Participants will be asked to keep their zoom camera on so that we can see that you are not driving or otherwise unsafe when we try to relax. Each session has a different theme and activity.
