The Polarization of Justice: A talk by Justice Rosalie Silberman Abella, Supreme Court of Canada

During her distinguished public service career, Justice Abella spent many years on the Ontario Family Court and Court of Appeal, presided over the Royal Commission on Equality in Employment, and served on the Ontario Human Rights Commission.  Since her appointment as the youngest and first pregnant person appointed to the judiciary in Canada, she has made ground-breaking contributions, particularly in the areas of labor rights, law reform, and judicial education. Sponsored by International Legal Studies.
