Rotkiske v. Klemm Moot Argument

The question presented is whether the “discovery rule” applies to toll the one-year statute of limitations under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1692, et seq., as the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 4th and 9th Circuits have held but the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit (sua sponte en banc) has held contrarily.
