Race, Social Well-Being, and the Soul of the Firm

For the first event of the 2021 HALB Symposium, Harvard Law School’s Professor Ruth Okediji will provide the keynote address. She will discuss how corporations influence the direction of legal change and their implications for race and human welfare more broadly. Professor Olufunmilayo Arewa, the Murray H. Shusterman Professor of Transactional and Business Law at Temple University’s Beasley School of Law, will also join to provide commentary in response. 50 event attendees will receive $20 in UberEats credits.
