Professor Stefanos Mouzas will share findings from his research on the multi-party, multi-issue negotiations involved in UN conferences on climate change, held between 2005 and 2017. His work builds on behavioural science to examine the dynamic process of responses to climate change. He will discuss key obstacles that hinder negotiations at the UN, and offer insights into why it is so challenging to achieve progress on a global agreement to reduce greenhouse gases.
