February 5, 2019 @ 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm

Please join the Harvard Negotiation Law Review for the journal’s 2019 Symposium, “Redressing Harm through Restorative Justice”. This panel event will focus on harms between individuals and how the system that handles them might employ restorative approaches. This discussion on the many iterations of restorative justice in the criminal system will explore how restorative justice is employed in a system that frequently abuses those who would likely partake in this process and how these measures have been implemented in policy and practice. Nirvana (Indian restaurant) will be provided for dinner.
Moderator: Dr. Carl Stauffer
Speakers: Chris Moser, Erin Freeborn, Pierre Berastain, and Kaia Stern
