In this two-hour session you will learn skills for managing stress and anxiety. Whether you’re struggling with procrastination, worried about your coursework, feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or are just curious about these topics, this workshop is for you.
In a group format, we will discuss common emotional responses to stressful experiences encountered by law students and introduce specific, evidence-based ways to increase resilience. We will present new ways to understand emotions and to identify and counter unhelpful patterns of thinking and acting in response to strong negative emotions.
Led by Emily Bernstein, 2020 Ph.D. graduate from HarvardUniversity’s Department of Psychology, the session is designed by students, for students.
