Lunch Panel: Youth Charged And Incarcerated as Adults: Firsthand Perspectives

Come hear firsthand perspectives from people whose lives have been touched by mass incarceration. Indian Lunch Provided!

Charged as an adult when he was 16, Phil Mosby spent 10 years in prison and now works to improve conditions for inmates housed in the federal Bureau of Prisons. Keela Hailes’s oldest son was also charged as an adult at age 16. Keela has worked with hundreds of young people charged as adults in her capacity as Reentry Manager at Free Minds Book Club & Writing Workshop. This is part 1 of a two-part series.
