Living on the Low Income Protection Plan (LIPP)

September 19 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Worried that working in a public interest job means that you won’t be able to pay your bills, own a house, or support your family? Come listen as recent HLS alums, Mary Thomas-Jensen ’08, Affirmative Litigation Counsel with Everytown for Gun Safety, and Nicole Dooley ’09, Senior Policy Counsel with the NAACP LDF, discuss how they make it work and learn how you, too, can realize your financial goals without sacrificing your professional ones. Non-pizza lunch will be provided. Co-sponsored with Student Financial Services (SFS).

If you or an event participant requires disability-related accommodations, please contact HLS Accessibility Services in the Dean of Students Office at studentsupport@law.harvard.edu, or (617)495-1880 in advance of the event.
