Litman Symposium: Criminal “Justice” Reimagined

This year’s Harvard Defenders Litman Symposium will explore “Criminal Justice Reimagined.” The event will put in conversation faculty, practitioners, systems-involved individuals, community leaders and other integral stakeholders to paint a full picture of the policy debates surrounding, concerns about, and the future of criminal defense. Finally, the evening will highlight what it means to represent the individual, the post-release disenfranchisement of systems-involved individuals, and other barriers to reentry.
