Noura Erakat (Human Rights Attorney, and Assistant Professor, George Mason University)

Panelists Aaron David Miller and Noura Erakat will engage in a conversation on the consequences and implications of Trump’s decision to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel, taking into consideration questions of international law, regional stability and security, prospects for sustainable peace, and the status and rights of Palestinians in East Jerusalem. The panel will be moderated by Professor Noah Feldman (Felix Frankfurter Professor of Law, and Director, Julis-Rabinowitz Program on Jewish and Israeli Law, Harvard Law School).
