Dawood Ahmed will discuss his work on comparative Islamic constitutionalism. Non-pizza lunch will be served.

Dawood I. Ahmed received B.A. and M.A. degrees in Jurisprudence from Oxford University, and LL.M. and J.S.D. degrees from the University of Chicago. He is a Research Associate at the Comparative Constitutions Project and is currently writing a book on constitutions in the Muslim world (under contract with Cambridge University Press); previously, he worked on constitutional design projects with the Max Planck Foundation, International IDEA and the U.N. Department of Political Affairs.
