How to EIP in a Challenging Market

Washington DC, and California (along with some of the very small markets such as Seattle and Denver) can be uniquely challenging EIP markets for a variety of reasons. Understanding the dynamics of these markets and how to bid strategically are keys to success. At this session of OCS’s How to EIP Week, we will discuss these markets in greater detail and help you prepare for a successful EIP week. To-go lunches will be provided.
