Curious about how the Lexis algorithm works? Want more instruction on using advance search commands like w/#, and not, !, w/s, and segments like writtenby(XXX), Hlead(XXX) and more? This training will provide attendees information how to make Lexis algorithm work the most efficiently, and provide tricks and tips on how to use segments and other advanced search features. After the training you should feel comfortable performing keyword searches on Lexis and retrieving a more precise body of results, useful at the outset of 1L memo research. At the end of the training HLC will hand out 1 coupon to each attendee that can be redeemed for a complimentary refreshment at the HLC Halloween Bash.
