The HIALSA International Arbitration Workshop, with the support of Three Crowns LLP, builds upon Harvard Law School’s rich traditions in international law and advocacy by offering to students an in-depth introduction to the practice of international arbitration. We endeavor to accomplish this over a series of sessions that track the lifecycle of a dispute through the involvement of the top minds and most well-respected practitioners from a broad cross-section of the field.
Session 1, “Considering Enforcement First: Arbitrating Against Impecunious Parties,” is the second Workshop session of the 2021-22 academic year, and the first substantive session. The event features five outstanding practitioners from around the world with a rich diversity of experience, and interested students have the opportunity to join them for a virtual coffee chat following the session.
The event will take place remotely on Wednesday, September 29 from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm ET and is open to the general public. Register for the Zoom webinar here: https://harvard.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_YCL6gj4eQgi3fMpavCw4Sg.
