The Harvard International Arbitration Law Students Association (HIALSA) will host its seventh workshop session on “Damages in International Arbitration.” This year, the Workshop will cover 13 individual virtual sessions with prominent practitioners and academics each time, beginning with the preliminary steps in a dispute and concluding with the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards. The Workshop would serve as a novel space to learn about the practice of international arbitration. Further information on the Workshop and registration links can be found here: https://orgs.law.harvard.edu/hialsa/workshop/.
We are pleased to welcome a distinguished and diverse panel including Pablo Lopez Zadicoff (Senior Vice President, Compass Lexecon), Kathryn Khamsi (Partner, Three Crowns), Utku Coşar (Partner, Coşar Avukatlık Bürosu), and Mark Kantor (Independent Arbitrator), moderated by Jacob Omorodion (Associate, Three Crowns). Everyone interested in dispute resolution, international law, and beyond is welcome, regardless of prior knowledge! If you have any questions, please email HIALSA at email@example.com.
The session will also be recorded and posted on HIALSA’s website.
