William Sage will discuss his paper, “Fracking Health Care: The Need to Safely De-Medicalize America and Recover Trapped Value for Its People.”
William M. Sage is James R. Dougherty Chair for Faculty Excellence at the University of Texas-Austin Law School and Professor (Department of Surgery and Perioperative Care) in the Dell Medical School.
The Health Law Policy, Bioethics and Biotechnology Workshop, led by Professor I. Glenn Cohen, provides a forum for discussion of new scholarship from leading researchers and opinion-makers in the fields at the intersection of health and law.
Workshops are held on selected Monday evenings from 5-7 pm, and are open to the public. Copies of the papers will generally be posted one week in advance on the Petrie-Flom Center website. Click here to view the full schedule.
