HBLR + Institute for Law and Economic Policy Symposium: Mechanisms for Corporate Accountability

HBLR is thrilled to be partnering with the Institute for Law and Economic Policy to host a virtual symposium on Mechanisms for Corporate Accountability. It will take place Thursday, January 27 from 3pm-5pm and Friday, January 28 from 9:30am-5:30pm. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from HBLR’s upcoming Spring issue authors and preview their latest work.
Program offerings include papers on Corporate Monitors, Board Diversity, and Sustainability Disclosure metrics. Judges Rakoff and Liman will be among the commentators. The featured luncheon speaker will be Satyam Khanna, former SEC Senior Policy Advisor for Climate Change and ESG Disclosures, interviewed by former SEC Commissioner, Professor Robert Jackson.
