Harvard Negotiation Law Review Symposium

April 1 @ 5:30 pm - April 2 @ 5:30 pm

The Harvard Negotiation Law Review cordially invites you to our 2021-2022 Annual Symposium! We have an excellent slate of speakers lined up, detailed in the attached flyer, and panels on the forty years since the seminal book “Getting to Yes” was published, complex multiparty negotiations in labor and class actions, and how to have difficult conversations across socio-political differences (times listed below). We hope you will join us in both celebrating the legacy of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) at Harvard and in looking towards the next forty years of ADR.

The conference is being offered both in person and virtually, so if you would like to attend in either format please register here ->https://forms.gle/y8i9Kpks7rPKM3jr7 Symposium Agenda
