Harvard Empirical Legal Studies Series: How to Read an Empirical Paper

September 29, 2016 @ 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm

Speaker:
Dr. Arevik Avedian
Statistician and Manager of Empirical Research Services, HLS Library
Lecturer on Law, HLS

This is an all time favorite workshop that has been extremely successful in previous years. The talk will walk participants through basic concepts in Empirical scholarship by addressing 2-3 papers representing different strands in empirical legal studies.

The group is open to all interested scholars. No prior background in empirical legal research is necessary, and the idea is to demonstrate the use of empirical methods in different fields of law.

Email Aluma to be added to the mailing list, and please RSVP for specific sessions to allow for proper food counts.
