Former U.S. Ambassador to China, Gary Locke, will be our lunch speaker to deliver a speech on China’s transformation and the rule of law. Two panels following the opening speech are “Economic Background of the US-China Trade Dispute” and “Opportunities and Challenges of China-related investment in the US.” Our panelists include professors from Harvard University, Harvard Business School and Harvard Law School, partners from Morrison & Foerster, Paul Hastings, Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, Fish & Richardson and Junhe, and other prominent scholars and practitioners.
