The Harvard International Arbitration Law Students Association (HIALSA) will host its second session in the Workshop series on “Evidence in International Arbitration.” The Workshop will cover eight individual sessions with prominent practitioners and academics each time, beginning with the preliminary steps in a dispute and concluding with the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards. The Workshop would serve as a novel space to learn about the practice of international arbitration. Further information on the Workshop can be found here: https://orgs.law.harvard.edu/hialsa/workshop/.
We are pleased to welcome a distinguished panel including Saadia Bhatty (Gide), Silvia Marchili (White & Case), Jonathan Lim (Wilmerhale), Tunde Fagbohunlu (Aluko & Oyebode) and Mauricio Almeida Prado (L.O. Baptista Advogados). Laura Sinisterra (Debevoise) will be the moderator. Everyone interested in dispute resolution, international law, and beyond is welcome, regardless of prior knowledge! If you have any questions, please email HIALSA at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Non-pizza lunch will be served.
