We’ll have a watch-and-learn-and-eat experience that will help you make the most of breakfast things, and help to answer any questions about all things food. About Chef Andrew: Most recently as the Creative Culinary Director of Tavern in the Square Restaurant Group and Corporate Chef for Angry Orchard Cider, Chef Andrew has been a member of Harvard Dining for the past 3 years. Chef Andrew holds degrees from Le Cordon Bleu in England, Brandeis University in the U.S., and The University of Gastronomic Sciences in Italy. Having lived and worked in numerous countries, Chef Andrew works to promote and teach sustainable food practices for both qualitative and economic benefits to the community, wherever he is.
