Diana Moss, President of American Antitrust Institute, will be joining us to talk about the debate over big tech and antitrust law. Some issues we’ll delve into: whether antitrust law is unable to account for new technologies, how the doctrine fits in the competitive global context, how the Biden administration might tackle big tech, etc.
