Please join Harvard’s Committee on Sports & Entertainment Law for a webinar discussing the legal and practical implications of Name, Image, and Likeness Legislation on College Athletes. This session will inform interested law students, practitioners, and the general public on these questions:

1. What is the NIL and what are the practical implications (contracts & branding opportunities) for college athletes, what should college athletes know?
2. Can NIL be an avenue for social justice and activism for college athletes who want to be engaged in activism?
3. What are the effects of Title IX & Title VII on NIL and equal opportunities for college athletes?
