Gary Gensler served as Chair of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) from 2009-2014. Gary has worked on various political campaigns, most recently as CFO for Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign. He is currently Senior Advisor to the director of the MIT Media Lab and a Senior Lecturer at the MIT Sloan School of Management. As part of MIT’s Digital Currency Initiative, Gary lectures students on blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies.
