Please join us for a conversation with Chris Clay, General Counsel of Disabled American Veterans (DAV). Founded in 1921, DAV is a congressionally chartered nonprofit organization with over 1 million members and is dedicated to meeting the needs of the nation’s disabled veterans. Mr. Clay will discuss and take questions about DAV’s history, its work and services, the current challenges facing the community of disabled veterans, and his myriad responsibilities as general counsel of a national nonprofit organization. A (non-pizza) lunch will be provided.
Presented by the Veterans Legal Clinic, Legal Services Center of Harvard Law School.
Co-sponsored by the Harvard Program on Disability, Armed Forces Association, National Security and Law Association, and The Transactional Law Clinics.
