This year’s theme, No One Left Behind, presents a unique opportunity to bring together the viewpoints of grassroots activists, legal scholars, business leaders, and public health experts to explore the tumultuous LGBTQ+ rights landscape. We will be discussing the achievements that have been made in LGBTQ+ rights movement over the past several decades, what glass ceilings remain to be shattered, and what next steps we can take as a collective movement to overcome the discrimination and systemic oppression that continues to exist in the present. These discussions will be presented in the context of international perspectives, business & entrepreneurship, healthcare access & mental health, intergenerational equity, and immigration. This year we will focus on how these issues impact our most marginalized community members – including queer people of color and those who identify as transgender, gender-nonconforming, or intersex. The conference will be held on Friday and Saturday, March 27-28, 2020, at the Harvard Law School.
Participants will enjoy keynote addresses, panel discussions, and workshops addressing the major milestones of the LGBTQ+ movement and where our energies should be directed moving forward as our fight for justice and equity continues. Our aim is to attract more attendees than ever before, expanding our conference to more than 400 participants.
