ITechLaw is the world’s premier organization representing technology and telecommunications lawyers worldwide, including members from six continents and a broad spectrum of expertise. The 2019 World Technology Law Conference is an opportunity for experts in the field of information technology law to gather for educational and networking opportunities.
For the conference to run smoothly, we need student volunteers for the duration of the conference to assist with
assembling attendee kits, registration, and room monitoring. All volunteers receive a complimentary conference

Below is information about times and dates volunteers are required, as well as the tasks involved.
Tuesday, May 14, 2019:
2:00 pm – 4:00 pm (3 people); Assemble delegate kits
Wednesday, May 15, 2019:
1:00 pm – 6:00 pm (3 people); Assist attendees at the registration desk
Thursday, May 16, 2019:
8:00 am – 5:45 pm (2 people); Assist attendees at the registration desk
8:00 am – 5:45 pm (3 people); Monitor session rooms: take headcounts and provide timing assistance
Friday, May 17, 2019:
9:00 am – 5:30 pm (2 people); Monitor session rooms: take headcounts and provide timing assistance
Full Conference, May 15 – 17, 2019:
9:00 am – 5:45 pm (2 people); Attend sessions and write summaries of them for the website and for sponsors
Summaries should be approximately 250 words each and cover the main presentation points, the questions asked, and the implications for the field. Volunteers will also need to submit a high-level summary of the conference sessions and the overall insights and implications.
