The Environmental Law and Policy Clinic is seeking volunteers to help evaluate and respond to proposed changes to the National Environmental Policy Act, or NEPA. Participants will gain exposure to a bedrock environmental statute and the administrative rulemaking process by reading and analyzing comments submitted by a variety of organizations in the early stages of a rulemaking process. No prior experience is required; volunteers will receive guidance and an explanation of the underlying law. Assistance is needed during September, but the time commitment is flexible; each volunteer can choose how many hours to contribute. If interested, please email Nolan Brickwood firstname.lastname@example.org and Aladdine Joroff email@example.com.
