On Thursday, June 27, the EMS WebApp will be offline in order to install a series of software and security updates. The system is scheduled to be offline between 6am-4pm and you will not be able to book space or request services through the EMS WebApp during this timeframe. Please make sure to submit any pertinent room and/or service requests prior to this date, otherwise you will need to wait until the updates have been completed.
Once the EMS WebApp is back online, whenever you attempt to log in you will be redirected to a HarvardKey login screen and then back into the EMS WebApp application. If you experience issues logging into the EMS WebApp after the updates, please reboot your computer. If you continue to experience problems after that, please submit a ticket or contact the ITS Service Desk at (617) 495-0722.
