Beginning Saturday, January 18th, the Harvard Phone User Portal and Jabber application will require DUO two-step verification to log in. To access the Harvard Phone User portal, navigate to http://phone.harvard.edu/selfservice. When prompted, type your HarvardKey username and password, and respond to the DUO prompt.
If you use the Jabber application on your mobile device or computer, you may need to sign back in to Jabber after January 18th, using your HarvardKey and DUO when prompted.
If you experience issues with the Harvard Phone portal or Jabber following this maintenance, please reboot your computer or mobile device. If you continue to experience problems, please submit a request at the Administrative Services Hub or contact the ITS Service Desk at (617)495-0722.
