About Masterclass
About Masterclass
During 1L year you will have many opportunities to interact with attorneys at law firm-sponsored programs. These events can be intimidating, but they serve as an important way to learn more about potential employers. Masterclass: Big Law Behind the Scenes gives you the opportunity to ask questions of associates in a more casual environment and get answers to questions that you really want to ask.

Masterclass FAQs
Masterclass FAQs
What should I wear to Masterclass?
Business casual attire is requested. Business casual includes a range of clothing, but it typically involves slacks or a suit-type skirt, along with a button-down shirt or nice sweater. The attorneys that you will be meeting with might be in suits themselves, so you can always dress more formally than the dress code requires, but do not dress too casually.
Do I Need my resume For Masterclass?
No- employers will not be collecting resumes at this event. Leave them at home.
I have another commitment before Masterclass. Is it okay to arrive late?
If you need to arrive late, please note this by emailing us at ocs@law.harvard.edu. Depending on when you arrive, you may not be able to participate in all three 20-minute sessions.
