Before Coming to the Dean of Students Office

  • Make sure your purchase is eligible by consulting the Disallowable Expenses page online
  • Make sure your purchase is approved by your organization’s Treasurer
  • Make sure you know which fund (Primary, Gift, DOS Grant) your purchase should be taken from
  • Fill out the Purchasing Card Form – you must complete the form and show it to the DOS front desk before making a purchase with a PCard

In the Dean of Students Office

  • Grab a piece of candy and say hi
  • Show your completed Purchasing Card form to the front desk and ask for a PCard
  • Purchases with the PCard must be made in the Dean of Students Office, WCC 3039
  • After you’ve made your purchase, return your completed form and the PCard to the front desk
  • IMPORTANT: A receipt for your purchase must be submitted to the front desk within 7 days. If the receipt is not submitted within 7 days, DOS may revoke your organization’s PCard privileges for the remainder of the year
