Hours of Campus Buildings
All the law school academic buildings open on weekdays between 6:15 and 6:30 a.m. They close between 5:00 and 5:30 p.m. unless there is a scheduled event taking place in the building. You can get the weekly event schedule from the Events Office. The buildings are also closed on the weekends unless there is an event.
If you need to reach your locker in the tunnels, you can access it after academic buildings have closed through the Harkness Commons building (see Hark hours below).
In an emergency, contact HUPD at 617-495-1212 to get into a building at any hour.
For the most current schedule, please check the Library’s website.
24/7 Library Access – During the academic year, Harvard Law School students have 24 hours a day, seven days a week access to the second floor of the Library. The Computer Classroom, Fishman Room and Lemann Lounge are all available as study space. Library services are not available except during regular service hours, listed above. Lost and Found
Items found throughout the HLS campus should be turned in to the Facilities Management Office. Items are maintained throughout the academic year and are then forwarded to Habitat for Humanity in June.
For lost items, you may stop by the Facilities Management Office and fill out the “Lost Item” sheet. Someone from the Facilities Management Office will contact you if a match is made with any found item.
