You’re invited to join Prof. Fisher for an informal information session about his spring-semester course “Teaching Copyright.” Teaching Copyright is a unique opportunity to teach bright and motivated students from around the world and receive HLS credit. The course is open to all HLS students who either have already taken a course on Copyright at HLS or will be enrolled in such a course during Spring 2021. Students in the course will be responsible for teaching one 80-minute online section of CopyrightX each week. It is a great way to develop teaching and speaking skills, to deepen understanding of the legal doctrine, and particularly this year, an excellent chance to get more interactive on Zoom! For a more detailed description, please see the course catalogue listing available on Helios.

Pre-register to receive the event zoom link here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSf5z_uqWp9cV5v8ugZfbIjwMRPOfxbKpBkgDBOPOi2mgPbc2A/viewform?usp=sf_link. Any student considering enrollment in the spring is encouraged to attend the information session, but attendance is not required to enroll. We’d love to meet you and answer any questions you may have about the experience. Head TF and teaching alum, Laurie Ann Taylor, will also be present to give a student’s perspective on teaching. If you’re not able to attend but would like to discuss the course, please reach out to Laurie Ann at ltaylor@jd21.law.harvard.edu.
