Dear HLS Faculty and Staff,

We are pleased to share an exciting update about your Harvard Adobe service.

What is happening?

On June 18, 2020, your Harvard Adobe Acrobat license will be upgraded to an Adobe Creative Cloud license. Creative Cloud gives you access to the full suite of Adobe products including Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, InDesign, and more.

If you have purchased an Adobe Creative Cloud license through HLS ITS (for the full suite or individual applications), you will receive an email with further information.

What do I need to do?

You can start using the full Creative Cloud suite on June 18th by following these simple steps:

  1. Sign out of any Adobe apps and websites that you’re currently logged into. [View instructions]
  2. Sign into the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop client. [View instructions]

After you’ve signed into the Adobe desktop client, you will see an updated selection of apps in the ‘Available in your subscription’ section. Click ‘Install’ to start using any of these apps.

If you don’t currently have the Adobe desktop client installed on your computer, you can find the instructions to install it here (log in with your Harvard Key to view).

 Where can I get help?

Thank you,
