Professor Jon Hanson is seeking research assistants for two types of projects:
1. Research and Writing Projects on Justice and Law: Professor Hanson is working on interdisciplinary writing projects that explore the relationship between justice and law. These projects involve research and editing work, drawing on history, social psychology, and legal studies. Candidates with an interest in these areas and excellent editing and writing skills are encouraged to apply.
2. Audio-Visual Editing for Law-Related Projects: Professor Hanson also seeks assistance with basic audio-visual editing tasks for various law-related projects. Candidates with experience or interest in audio-visual production and digital storytelling in the legal context will find this role rewarding.
Application Process: Interested candidates should send a brief statement of interest directly to Professor Hanson at hanson@law.harvard.edu. Applicants should indicate which type of work they are interested in (research and writing, audio-visual editing, or both) and include any relevant information about their background and experience. They should also attach a current CV and ensure that their email subject line reads: “Fall 2024 Research Assistance.”
