Students can choose to write a paper instead of taking the any-day take-home exam.

This course encompasses many aspects of disability law and policy, with particular emphasis on the Americans with Disabilities Act, which regulates employment, state and local governments, transportation, and public accommodations. The Bagenstos casebook will be supplemented with some readings, lectures, and other materials on disability theory to provide better context for the legal issues.
